Hello all!

My name is Kelsey, and I'm a Web Developer from Alberta, Canada. I continuously seek to be a "Jack-of-all-trades", pulling bits of expertise from other fields, always searching for a new skill to learn. I spend my free time scavenging through thrift stores for hidden gems, which often draws a raccoon comparison from people who know me! I tend to be the person who spends time going through things people think are trash, and finding the little gems to fix up. This is, at its core, why I enjoy web development, because this field is often going through code to find the one piece that will make a project perfect. Outside of Web Development, I have a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics & Business, which I've used to teach remedial education in person at home in Alberta, privately in France and remotely in China. I've also done some time in the corporate world, in HR & Compliance working with provincial and municipal agencies. Thinking outside the norm, working within the system and organizing the chaos in the difference is what I thrive on.
